Arrival, Thank you for coming 5 minutes before your appointment. In case of delay, we will take care to offer you the same service if our schedule allows us. If this is not possible, we will be obliged to shorten your care for the following customers.
The spa also offers a cloakroom (padlock provided) and a shower for you to change on site. We remind you that it is mandatory to take a shower.
Silence is essential Gold to enjoy the experience of Nordic baths, silence allows you to find the inner calm, promoting a deep relaxation. The phone is forbidden and conversations in a low voice, or preferably silence, are on the site.

Spa access , the spa is open from 9 am to 10 pm daily for guests of the castle free access (included in the price of the rooms of hosts).
For outdoor guests the spa is open from 9 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday and weekly closing on Wednesdays and weekends. In order to keep the atmosphere of relaxation on the premises and to preserve the quality of your experience, we limit access to the spa experience of the Nordic baths.
