The Gourmet Weekend

A weekend in the privacy of a Chateau and dinner in a restaurant with a Michelin star... all for just 245 euros * per person (rate based on two people sharing).

On the Friday night, a candlelight dinner awaits you in your room at 10pm.

After a good night and a hearty breakfast on Saturday morning, you are entirely free to rest and relax or explore our region. On Saturday evening, dinner is booked at the "La Flamiche" gourmet restaurant (one Michelin star) in the nearby town of Roye.

On Sunday, another hearty breakfast will get your day off to a great start. You are then free to enjoy the grounds and the pool up until 9pm.

On request, we can add a relaxing massage or beauty treatments to the package.

The offer includes: 3 days and 2 nights at the Chateau, the candlelight dinner on the Friday night, two breakfasts, a dinner at "La Flamiche" (aperitif, wine and coffee included).

Les lamelles d’artichaut Macau « al denté », effiloché de tourteau, tomates des Pays chauds confites, olives de Nyons et pesto de roquette.

Le bar de nos côtes à la peau, asperges vertes en fondue de mozzarella, chiffonnade d’oseille de printemps et citron confit.

Le ris de veau doucement braisé au beurre de baratte de Pascal Beillevaire, Juliette des sables en robe d’épinard et navets farcis à la purée de petits pois à la sarriette.

Les premières fraises en marinade d’oranges sanguines et quinquina, guacamole d’avocat, tempura de feuilles de menthe poivrée, croustillants de brioche.
